These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voden Ventures, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), including our website at voden.io and any related software, services, or subscription products (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing our website or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

01 // Financial Risk Disclaimer

⚠ Important — Read Carefully

Voden is an autonomous cryptocurrency trading tool. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile and speculative. Trading digital assets carries significant financial risk. Voden includes a configurable hard stop-loss mechanism designed to limit downside exposure — however, if a stop-loss threshold is not configured, you may be subject to the potential loss of your entire invested capital. It is strongly recommended that all users configure an appropriate stop-loss before deploying the engine in live trading mode.

Voden does not provide financial advice. Nothing on this website or within the Service constitutes investment advice, financial guidance, or a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions made using this software.

Past performance of any algorithm, strategy, or trading system does not guarantee future results. Always trade responsibly and only with capital you can afford to lose.

02 // Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to engage in cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using Voden, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

It is your responsibility to ensure that use of this software complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your country or region. Voden is not available where prohibited by law.

03 // Early Access & Waitlist

By submitting your email address through our early access form, you agree to receive notifications about Voden's launch and subscription availability. You may unsubscribe at any time. We will not use your email for unrelated marketing purposes.

Joining the waitlist does not constitute a purchase, guarantee of access, or any binding agreement beyond communications about the Service.

04 // Subscription Service

When the subscription service launches, additional terms specific to billing, refunds, and account management will be provided and will form part of these Terms. At that time:

Subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis as specified at checkout.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refund eligibility will be outlined in the subscription-specific terms.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice.

05 // Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the software.
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written permission.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Use the Service to manipulate markets or engage in fraudulent trading activity.

06 // Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and materials associated with Voden — including but not limited to the trading engine, website design, logos, and documentation — are the exclusive property of Voden and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal trading purposes only. No ownership rights are transferred.

07 // Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Trading Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voden Ventures, LLC and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any financial losses incurred through automated or manual trading activity facilitated by the software.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation.

08 // Third-Party Exchanges & APIs

Voden integrates with third-party cryptocurrency exchanges (e.g., Coinbase) via their APIs. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or terms of these third-party platforms. Your use of any exchange is subject to that exchange's own terms of service.

API credential security is your responsibility. We strongly recommend following all security best practices provided within our installation documentation.

09 // Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes to active subscribers in advance.

10 // Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 // Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels in the jurisdiction where Voden operates.
